I've made great money since I came out of HS and never minded taxes, before universal healthcare became a thing I always wanted to kick a measly $10-15 per paycheck to ensure people weren't suffering, and wouldnt mind kicking more if it would actually help people

I make 6 figs and all my yuppie friends and I are liberal. And the large majority of conservative people I know are broke or have terrible jobs. Makes no sense.

Never been liberal, I have a brain and moral sense.

I'll never be full conservative.

I'm an independant who leans conservative on most things but liberal on social issues, though not as annoyingly hardcore as people on the far right or far left are on anything. And I fucking hate that people like me are meaningless and often misunderstood because of this shit political system we have.

When I was a kid, I fell for all the conservative ideas. They sounded great.

Then I went to college, met all sorts of other people and was exposed to different types of ideas. As a result, I've been liberal leaning since the early 90's.

Well college is no longer the place for different ideas. My cousin from Texas who got a scholarship to a school in Chicago was bullied into quitting just because she voted for Trump.

Meet the new PC liberal "tolerant left", you can have different ideas that align with theirs but if your thinking differently or have thoughts/ideas they don't like they are going to harass/bully you until you leave or get into a physical fight with them after they provoke you.
