Poison blow darts would still be a thing, I guess

Also tanks with archer turrets would make for some groovy warfare, assuming we're not doing things like cannons and artillery.

Some technology might be askew, but my timeline is off. There's probably some correlation between the concept of "gunpowder or hydrocarbon in a tube to propel stuff" and stuff like rockets and combustion engines. Maybe we'd be cap at steam-era tech

difference is back then it was harder to enforce because a huge guy could beat the peacekeepers up
