According to Wikipedia, we only have one brand and it is caramel-coloured. I have never seen or heard of it before in my life.

Incorrect, even crush cream soda slurpees are bright pink. I know from spilling that stuff, it discolored things.

Cream soda is cream colored, birch beer is red, where I'm from.
I've never seen pink cream soda.

But half my state calls soda, "pop", so...

I didn't realize golden brown was that popular, although clear is the 100% winner for taste

Red cream soda is an entirely different thing altogether. It's not the same flavor. It's like the difference between Coke and Dr. Pepper or something.
