$520 a month for the next 22 months. I could've gotten away with less a month but I intentionally chose to pay it off faster.

Currently nothing. Paid for my Jeep outright.

If I do finance the next car hoping to keep it around $550 a month.

Wtf are you guys blowing $500+ a month on?

I haven't leased since the car that almost killed me. Not only did the dealer almost kill me, but that fat fuck had the god damn nerve to try and charge the rest of the lease in full one week after I came out of a coma. He's dead now, and that makes me happy.

Since then, I just buy outright. Besides, I buy and dump too many cars to lease anyways.

Uhh, story time?

Leased a used car, they told me that they had put a new transmission and drive train in it. I don't understand the specifics, but when you do that you also have to do... something with the steering column, which they told me they did.

They did not.

Long story short, I was on the freeway doing ~60 on a slight turn when I heard a load crack, and my steering wheel locked. By the time I realized this, I was balls deep in one of these:

http://www.poletector.com/v/vspfiles/assets/images/lightpole-guard-2-up.jpg

Part of the engine came in through the dash, breaking my arm, the steering wheel broke three of my ribs, my head slammed into... something, and I had the fucking Hulk Hogan of concussions, and the left side of the car crumpled, smashing my left leg between what used to be the door, the dashboard, and the steering column. Somehow I called 911, they tracked my phone, and I got to experience(though passing out multiple times) the sound of the earth cracking apart, AKA the Jaws of Life.

Lapsed into a coma for two weeks, woke up, was stuck in a wheelchair for six months and had to re-learn how to walk. The piece of shit sued me for the money I owed on the lease, I counter sued and won, and I walked away with 1.2 million dollars(his entire net worth. Every. Last. Fucking. Cent.), which was almost all used for my medical bills.

He later died from diabetes. When I die and go to hell, after I take the first day tour and accept some light introductory torture, I'm going to find that fat, no legged fuck and I'm going to piss in his fucking face.
