is that true? I said that I didn't think it was true, but it's kind of hard to say because the way we calculate the labor force participation rate, unemployment rate, income etc only uses the noninstitutionalized population, and men are much more likely to be incarcerated than women

but men make a lot more money than women, even black men when compared to black women. and of the population the census bureau does count, black men are more likely to be working or looking for work than black women are

i think thats probably true.

people in jail are not middle class, and black men are jailed a lot
