It's to have the charges formally recognized since (and this is lawyer talk I don't much understand) "is no due precedent in this state covering this crime" (which to me sounds like they're making it up), though I guess they wouldn't have an example of a case where a friggin kiss is deemed revenge porn....(and revenge porn itself is still pretty undefined in my state). In any event, this is the actual first major part of it and should I be remanded which I'm told is 50/50 at least until part of my tactic to fight it is substantiated - something I'm not discussing on here. So this would be the real part and not the detainment you people went so nuts over. I don't think I'll be remanded over it but they might have more witnesses than I'm aware of since they did go through the entire KmA folder, but we'll see. That's about the most serious I'll ever take you, have a nice life. <3 Edit: Also, mark my words on this one. If people for any reason think I'm unable to respond, the witch hunt that proceeded in 800+ posts of bitchy gossip about every little theory going will start up again. You saw how quickly that stopped when I showed up, these people are weak. That and the below post is very far off the mark, has nothing to do with a minority card or anything of the sort - they walked right into that one though. with the whole look gavi has about him i dont think hed survive very well in jail. what a pity --- Do the best you can in every task, no matter how unimportant it may seem at the time.
