When he wished to be a Prince, he was a Prince... like, an actual Prince. He didn't just wish for a lot of money and cool clothes, he wished to be a Prince.

The Prince wish didn't actually make sense.
He got new clothes and a parade, but not actually the real qualities that make you a prince, ownership of a large piece of land, lots of property, money, and political influence. Even the people created for his parade mystery vanished afterwards. --- The only fool bigger than the person who knows it all is the person who argues with him. They're all complacent sheeple. Why didn't he hand the lamp to the sultan and the sultan was like I wish Aladdin to be a prince and for world hunger to be solved and then he hands the lamp to jasmine and she's like I wish all evil extinguished and for a perfect world and then hand the lamp back to Aladdin and he's like okay last wish genie you're free
