In fairness, the whole Cell saga is a lot more serious in general so it's probably harder to just make a parody of it.
If they do Great Saiyaman the humor will definitely be back Also all of the mini episodes of Cell waiting at the tournament and battling random anime characters are fucking hilarious --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
