Come on body, work with me. Still above 170, cause I'm dumb. At least it's colder. I'm less likely to just drink myself crazy to battle the heat. 1-2 drinks (milk from cereal bowl, glass of hot tea) seems to suffice. It's mostly a matter of being smart (little sips from water bottle) for the rest of the day to see results.
