Goonies Actress, Martha Plimpton who played Stef in the movie has caused outraged among the pro-life crybabies after she said she had the BEST ABORTION at a clinic in SEATTLE!!

She shot to fame in 1985 after the Goonies became a amssive hit as Martha has been a passionate advocate for women's right and took part in a Q&A at a #ShoutYourAbortion event in June but it's now only causing uproar since the clip circulated of her speech.

She has spoke publicly of the 2 abortions she had as a young woman in the past and said "Seattle has some particular significance for me for lots of reasons. I've got a lot of family here, some of whom are here in the audience tonight. I also had my first abortion here at the Seattle Planned Parenhood! Yay!. Notice i said first, and i don't want Seattle, i don't want you guys to feel insecure, it was my best one. Heads and tails above the rest. If i could Yelp review it,i totally would. And if that doctor's here tonight, i don't remember you at all. I was 19, but i thank you nontheless" the crowd cheered at her remark

But at the same time, a pro-life group heard about this and gave a more frostier reception who were outraged by her comments and slammed it as "tacky" and "absymal"

They said "How can you be proud of this? It's one thing to be pro choice but a sad thing to brag about your abortion. shame on you"

Others said she had a total disregard to human life

The 46 y/o actress has not been shy about her abortion in her teen years whom at the time she was dating the late River Phoenix...although she never disclosed who the father was of her baby back then.

She would wear garments that says "abortion is freedom" and "everyone knows i had an abortion".

Yeah. Her and Lena Dunham should bump uglies (and by that I mean make any form of contact whatsoever, no matter how innocuous). Anybody that brags about getting an abortion is no better than bragging about shitting their pants. It's like "sure, it's legal" but does the world need to know and should you feel proud? No.

I agree with her saying it was a good service. That I can understand but she said "Yay!" Like she got a awesome present. It was the way she talked about it. Like it was the thing to do. Just seemed disrespectful to the life that was lost and disrespectful to those that have to get abortions because of serious things or talked into it. The excitement of getting an abortion is the odd thing. Bragging about it like it is cool and hip is disgusting. I am pro abortion, but it was how she talked about it, which is the offensive part to people.

.. or yay that it was a good service perhaps. Given the context of what she said she was praising Seattle Planned Parenthood not the abortion itself. People love to take things out of context and twist them to suit their own agenda.

You may be right. But I am not trying to fit it to my agenda. The way I read it, that's how i took it. It makes more sense now that you pointed it out but I can see others thinking of it the same way.
