Im around 5'10 and wanna be 7 feet tall but I'll settle for 6 instead.

Since I'm not used to feet and inches, I'll just say I grew from 1.60-ish m when I was 13 to 1.70 since I was like 16-17 years old, which is the height I have right now at almost 22.

i grew to 6 feet @ arounnd 14. stopped there. at 25 am still 6 ft.

i became so vapid when identified with my height. happy now to not be short or tall

I was 5'10 at 18.
Then at 25 or so, it turns out I had gone up to 6' even at some point.

I gained about an extra inch in my late twenties from chiropractor work after I had a back injury from ice hockey - it resets the gaps in the cushions between your vertebrae in your spine.

Nope, last time I grew was around 13. Went from 6' to 6'4".

I remember measuring in at 186cm at around 16-17 while getting my drivers licence, pretty sure I haven't grown since.

I think I did. This guy I know is 5'10" and I am his height. I always say I am 5'9".

Growing in your 20s seems rare but I was expecting there were more people that grew after 18 at least.

I know someone who claims he's 5'10" but I'm taller than him and I know for a fact I'm under 5'11" (I have a fridge that's just under 5'11" which is a bit taller than me). Another guy I know claims he's 5'9" but I'm clearly taller by more than 1' so I would assume people IRL are misinformed or just add an inch or two.

I can't give you any numbers but it was definitely noticeable. At least two inches.

i grew about 1.5 cm between age 26 and 29, i also gained like 25 lbs.

Was he already tall before the growth spurt? It seems like if you're over 6 foot you have more chance of growing than if you were under. I remember that NBA players like Dennis Rodman and Lebron grew a couple of inches when they were in their early to mid 20s.

This def. isn't accurate. A good amount of people who get sudden growth spurts in their 20s were people who were noticeably short at high school age. And they get big ones too. I know a guy who was 4'11" when he graduated HS and is over 6 ft now.

Well there's that other end where others have hormonal issues or are really late bloomers that shoot up later in life, but anecdotally I hear more stories of tall people growing than somebody whose 5'7" or 5'8".
