I'm curious: what is the concern over the "cultural future" of their country?

Preserving American history, freedom of speech and expression, basic human rights, equality, capitalism etc.

These things and others as well is what made America great and why people want to come here from all over the world. I'm an immigrant too and I believe we have the best culture the world has seen. It's not perfect of course, but it's the best so far by comparison.

So the fear is that as mass immigration continues unchecked, how will the immigrants shape the country in the future? A country takes on the characteristics of its inhabitants. So when you have millions of people flooding into the country, what will it look like in 50 years?

Will we still keep our core American values and enlightenment, or will we change and become like Brazil?

These are legit worries that can't be hand waved aside.

You have protests to keep speakers off of campus and YouTube is trying it's best to hinder people's ability to express their opinions as well. Free speech isn't being taken away by the government but it's worrying how many people are willing to shut people down these days.

But I hope you're right. Trends usually reverse.

But let's be honest: conservatives complain about this, too. Any money spent on black people is met with screams of double standards and reverse racism. So let's not pretend like you'd be on board for your quoted idea.

So much this. Anything seen as inclusion or leveling the playing field for minorities in just about any aspect of American society is typically met with fierce opposition.

If you think simply having a black face on money will do anything to really level the playing field, congratulations on falling for the bait.
