Hearing about the events of GoT from my coworkers and watching YouTube clips is surprisingly good enough for me. It's been hysterical to watch the sharp polarity over big moments / plot twists (e.g. Littlefinger). What's fantastic or amazing for some is contrived or disappointing to others. That being said, the producers of this show don't give a crap if you don't like it. They have a big enough audience, and they know they can't please everybody. It has the potential to BE the number 1 without a doubt, but sometimes people think it doesn't live up to its potential. This season had the reunion of the Lannisters, reveal of the White Walker, Baelish being called out, the Stark siblings working together, the Targaryen back stories, Theon taking a stand for Yara, Jaime realizing how mad Cersei is, and the attack on the wall... Like if this didn't have enough going on and was too much dialogue I don't know how you tolerated season 1 and 2 The real issue is the poor pacing leading up to this season left so much to be dealt with in very little screen time. I was expecting more. The season itself has been average though so eh. This I feel like this season was the worst so far. Hopefully the final one makes up for it. I have to imagine GRRM has a better plot for that character because he did absolutely nothing this season.
