If Youtube allowed nudity/sex, advertisers would move away from it and therefore content creators would move, too. You'd still get content pirates, but it'd mostly just become a porn platform. There's not much in between or mix with sites that host porn. It's either almost all of the content or it's not allowed.

what is considered porn can vary from person to person. I once linked to the human wikipedia page and it has a drawing of a naked man and woman, and I got modded for it
