17 y/o Remy Altna from California was dress coded for NOT wearing a BRA at school as the principal said she was giving off BAD THINGS to their minds because of her outfit!!

She's a student at Beaumont High School who posted the photos of herself in the incriminating outfit

Remy said an assistant principal told her to put a jacket on as she asked what was she wearing that was inappropriate

The prinicpal said that her tank top was too low and asked her if she was wearing a bra and Remy said she opted not to that day and that's when she said "I don't want people to see you and assume bad things about you. I'm trying to protect you"

She was infuriated by that and called out the school on twitter writing "Beaumonth High School is so out of line. Now the want to dress code you for not wearing a bra? My underwear is none of their business. If Mrs Weber is concerned about people talking about my appearance, she should focus on dealing with the students behaving inappropriately. She basically said i was dressed like a slut!"

The school admitted to this exchange but said they did it in the safety of their students which says that tops must cover all parts of undergarments and shall not be low cut or revealing. It also says that white undershirts or tank tops are not to be worn alone."..

Remy didn't wear a bra because she said the straps would be visible and that would violate the code too. She said "This year it just seems like they're out for blood, looking for anything"

Girls are always targeted by enforcement but boys get away with everything such as RIPPED JEANS..which are banned
