yeah. literally the only reason i prefer xbox is games with gold and i have a lot of friends on xbox live

I can't think of a worse possible time for Microsoft to release a new console that plays the same games as their current one - right after they delayed or cancelled most of that system's exclusives.

PS4 had already gotten Nioh, Nier Automata, Persona 5 and Horizon Zero Dawn prior to E3. Xbox had, what, Halo Wars?

Sony's show didn't need to be interesting. They were already wrecking Microsoft in sales and exclusives.

Yeah buying a proprietary uncustomizeable shitty overpriced PC is a great plan when there are zero selling point for it whatsoever. I like how obvious it is that Microsoft is making this desperation move to "compete" with the switch, when the reality is that they have nothing at all in their arsenal to compete with. You might have a point with the 360. Xbox in general though has always been an overpriced proprietary PC.

They come out of the wood works when you start talking about the worlds smallest most powerful console yet though, it's like everybody suddenly owns high end PCs (lol) or plays obscure Japanese exclusives that no one you have heard of outside of CE actually plays, except for those weird fat goth-emo kids who carried around anime dolls in HS. The same kids that are now kept up at night in awe thinking about how Microsoft was able to fit something so small and yet so powerful into such a tiny box
