Nida is intentionally designed to be totally forgettable because the running joke is that Squall sees him every day, became a SeeD with him, and can't remember who he is.

Fun fact: a homeless person wandered into my workplace and started waving around a knife ten minutes before my second save came up. I had to hurriedly make my late save in the fifteen seconds I had before giving the police a statement after they showed up and handcuffed the guy

Luckily the round turned out okay even though I screwed up my save! If Yuna had died because of a knife weilding vagrant I would've been miffed

Changes to 1/1 after round 10, and then it's 1/2 from 80 all the way up to 50. Then they slowly go up from there until the top 20 and then they rapidly go up from there.
