I already do and i want to leave i already do and i want to stay here Yes No View Results Melbourne, Vienna and Vancouver have been named the most LIVEABLE cities in a top 10 list of the Economist Intelligence Unit that doesn't include ANY American city!! Damascus, a war torn city in Syria was the least liveable city, below both Lagos and Tripoli. New York, London, Paris and Toyko were all outside of the top 10 because of "high crime, congestion, and public transport problems" Several US cities have registered declines from the reports that "stems in part from unrest related to number of deaths of black people at the hands of police officers". I lived in Regina, where stabbings, machete attacks, murders, heroin, and HIV were all daily occurrences. Now I live in Metro-Van and I haven't encountered a single problem like that so far.
