Batman could easily outsmart and take him down regardless. Batman would need a special suit for durability to withstand impact. if he can get that and do a Spider-Man background check for planning purposes, he's got a shot.

Batman.
He defeated Superman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and as far as I know, Superman was the one who died at the end and Batman survived. So yeah, I think he's capable of beating Spiderman, unless the amazing Tobey Maguire comes back to play as him. ... Copied to Clipboard!
