I got to the pool every other day. I workout at home other days but I really should go to a gym so I can better equipment to work with.

Not as much as I probably should be. My goal is to slim down and tone up a bit, not get ripped. So I feel less pressure to develop a strict routine.

yoga 4-5x a week

4-5 days a week, typically 1-2 hour sessions

This year, yeah, I try to work out every other day. There's only been one, maybe 2 weeks this entire year where I didn't do any kind of workout ,and I went hard the next week to make up for it.
On average I go 3-4 times a week, and I make try to make sure I go a bare minimum of 2 times during busy weeks. --- "She was like, 'Oh, did you see that firefighter? Hes so cute.' And I was like, Mom, I just got blown up." ... Copied to Clipboard!
