As in, do you dedicate time at least a few times a week to nothing but some type of on-purpose exercise?
After a recent health scare, I try to walk 4 miles(or more), at least 4 days a week.

I was for about a year and a half, then I broke my arm and life hates me.
If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all
I got to the pool every other day. I workout at home other days but I really should go to a gym so I can better equipment to work with.
Reading this post may induce one or more of the following:
Nausea / Butt-Hurt / Lulz / UM? Syndrome / Angst / Diarrhea
Not as much as I probably should be. My goal is to slim down and tone up a bit, not get ripped. So I feel less pressure to develop a strict routine.

My half-assed routines and diet seem to be working though, been losing 1-1.5 lbs a week for about 7 weeks now.

weight lifting 4x a week

no dedicated exercise on saturdays but i do a fair amount of hiking around in forests for fun.

4-5 days a week, typically 1-2 hour sessions

Start with cardio, then weight lifting, then end with cardio.

No specific program or regimine but a growing habit. Feels good afterward
This year, yeah, I try to work out every other day. There's only been one, maybe 2 weeks this entire year where I didn't do any kind of workout ,and I went hard the next week to make up for it.

On average I go 3-4 times a week, and I make try to make sure I go a bare minimum of 2 times during busy weeks.
