His response can be summed up with "I should come visit you soon ;)". My weirdness is smooth as hell sometimes haha. The poem lose it's charm if translated to English since the rhyming is lost and so is the meaning of some expressions but do you wanna read it? It's short <_<

The second line should be "that I get naughty".

Yeah this would be the accurate translation (dum mean both dumb and mean for example)

That I get naughty
Want to kiss you mute/silent
But not to be mean (as in me not being mean)

The rest is accurate!
Calling someone or something "pest" (plague) is like a slang-ish expression for something/someone being very bad/unpleasant.
