They all look like the filter is just Eddie Izzard's face stretched out to get the eyes/nose/mouth in the right place.
That looks to be what's actually going on. The reason Tyson looks like like Patric Stewart and Terry Crews looks like Triple-H, seems to be that those are the exact faces used in the overlay, then digitally tweaked to get important facial features to line up.
