The 28 y/o Conservative Google software engineer fired for his 3300 word diatribe slamming women in the tech world gave his first interview to an ALT-RIGHT STAR!!

James Damore appeared with right winger Stefan Molyneaux on Youtube defending his sexist memo about women not being cut out in the tech industry, or in managerial jobs for that matter because they are NEUROTIC

Stefan is an alt-right star who has more than 650,000 subscribers and has railed against women and is an advocate for "men's rights" who says men are losing their power because of women.

The 45 minute interview shows the pigs talking about how James had an "epiphany" from his 12 hour flight to China and was feeling "isolated" in Google's liberal culture and he couldn't be around liberals anymore being the minority conservative

He said "I really thought it was a problem Google itself had to fix. Hopefully they do"

One thing that TRIGGERED him was the company diversity program which he thought was shameful and said "I went to a diveristy program at Google..it was not recorded, totally secretive. I heard things that i definitely disagreed with in some of our programs. I had some discussions there. There was lots of just shaming and No you can't say that, that's sexist and you can't do this". James also said he wasn't the only one there who felt the same as he did

He said he doesn't subscribe to Google's left-leaning agenda as he himself grew up in a Conservative background in Wisconsin and was a TRUMP SUPPORTER

James wrote the memo to speak up for other people like him who are "not in this groupthink" and felt "isolated and alienated" in the company's culture of acceptance of others he doesn't accept

Conservatives in the company have to "stay in the closet" or "mask" their true political opinions

He maintains the science that women are not capable of being leaders because of biological reasons and that men were the born leaders. He said he spoke with other Google employees about this PC silencing but admits they wouldn't have done what he did.

The firing hasn't "sunk" in yet as it was his "dream job" but says that his firing was because people were offended by his "truth" .

His sexist memo even seems to paint that was the reason Hillary Clinton lost to Donald Trump as well where many had claimed Hillary lost over sexist voters who didn't think a woman could lead the free world.

He has now filed a complaint to the National Labour Relations Board to see if he was wrongly terminated as he's started a FUNDRAISING site to support his lawsuit which has raised 22,000 so far

Do you trust alt-right news? let's see if people do

I wasn't aware that not being a sexist bigot was somehow liberal.

I'm really getting sick of people politicizing basic human decency. That dude's an ass hole. He might be a conservative ass hole, but let's not equate those two things. He just happens to be both. Belittling women as being genetically not cut-out for work (which isn't true; this is a societal issue, so it's nurture, not nature) is not a conservative thing. It's an ass hole thing.

So many people bashing on the guy without reading the actual memo

He wasn't attacking women or arguing against diversity, he was making the point that companies like google could take a better approach to make the field more diverse by changing the way certain roles operate to attract more female employees rather than offer certain internships and job oppurtunities to people based on their gender

Liberals and conservatives are both pretty sexist. Conservatives tend to be louder about it, though.

I really don't think this is the case at all

If anything I hear constant sexist claims from liberal news sources nowadays

This, but they call it feminism on the liberal side these days.

Google is full of it and they have been for a while.

This is the kind of progressiveness that fake people use to make themselves look cool. Looking cool is important to Google apparently.

Honestly, I've just accepted that this is human nature and I'm never going to see the end of it in my lifetime. We're just perpetually trying to escape the 20s and that's what's "cool".

Like, duh, how many girl programmers do you know? He's obviously right and Google's obviously wrong. -_-

Fucking hell, it took 10 posts for someone to bring this up? Glad to see at least 8 people in this topic know jack shit about what they are knee-jerk commenting on.

Sexist conservatives being louder than sexist liberals has nothing to do with whether or not Molyneux is alt-right or not. Most of the people in this topic weren't talking about him at all, so I'm not sure how not commenting on the part we don't care about proves we don't know anything. Your distinction on calling him alt-right versus libertarian seems important for you, but I couldn't care less.
