I have several opinions about this
1) don't think about it too much, just rock it. This is the main opinion. 2) I don't personally like novelty shirts so much, but you can make them a part of an outfit just fine 3) Marliyn Monroe is like the patron saint of basic bitches. This means that, as gunplagirl pointed out, "women love her and you can totally use it to score numbers. Good job, you accidentally stumbled upon one of the secrets of life." Mainly point 1.
