It's atleast THE best online CCG and paved the way for new online CCGs as well as got people back into card games (albiety online) Simple to learn, very polished game, made by one of the best and well known game developers, and most notably is designed around the Warcraft theme. Opinions will vary, but Magic! and Yugioh will always be the best card games regardless of the state of their respective game these days. And even the Pokémon TCG to a degree. The minute that rare card rotates out or the next set releases a counter, the card goes from $20 to $.20. Way too offense-oriented, rules incredibly dumbed down, crucial cards for entire strategies locked behind punishing rarities.... and then, of course, the bafflingly varied rng. Plants v Zombies Heroes is a superior card game, aside from the presentation. Hearthstone's presentation is on point.
