You can only select one, assume the other 2 leave/fail gaming market

Depends what you mean.

Dedicated console? I can't see Sony going anywhere.

Making games? Obviously Nintendo, their IPs are worth billions.

Probably either Microsoft or Nintendo.

Microsoft will probably be much more focused on their latest Windows platform.

Vague.
In terms of releasing consoles, Sony will hang in longer than MS because they have less other options now and will make it work.
In terms of software/releasing games, Nintendo will last much longer in the same way Sega have managed to sort of hang on but their hardware won't stand up for more than another couple generations.

Nintendo, hands down.

Microsoft has never been all-in on games and Xbox has been a largely unprofitable brand (they didn't turn a net profit until partway through the 360's reign, and the One has been largely a flop). I think of the three they'd be the most likely to cut and run.

Sony's in an interesting place, given that their games division is popular and profitable, but the rest of the company is lacklustre. I don't think they'd ever willingly leave the console market, but I could see a scenario where the rest of the company drags the gaming division down with it (and as the Vita and the PS3's first couple of years showed, even Sony is prone to making some fantastically bad decisions with their brand).

Nintendo generally designs their consoles to be profitable out the box and their grip on the handheld market is more or less uncontested at the moment. Plus, unlike Sony and Microsoft, they don't have a secondary business to fall back on. They basically win by default.

Tough call.
Nintendo - I see going the way of Saga at least but they have the advantage of the mobile market.
Microsoft - They probably will give up on their own console but they have PC.
Sony - Don't really have anything other then the consoles.

Due to this I voted Nintendo as the company who will keep making games.

I voted Microsoft, but really, I think they all will still be around.
In 20 years however, I don't think there will be any consoles.. All games will be played in some sort of streaming format.

Of the 3 I would arguably say Microsoft.

They are the one really trying to move with the way everything is going (Digital/streaming)

They are the only one of the 3 with the actually physical infrastructure to host games (the other 2 would need to hire space), They overall make the most profit of the 3 and the Xbox brand makes a tidy profit for MS so unlikely to be dropped.

Unless Sony spin out the gaming side, the rest of Sony may drag them down (they really should do this!) and Nintendo are already moving towards being a handheld focused company.

in 20 years gaming will be very different, and Microsoft seem to be the only one actually investing in back end infrastructure to power it (Azure)

If we count making games, regardless of hardware, definitely Nintendo. There may or may not be a future for their approach of branching out from the traditional console style, but their games will persist. Meanwhile, the other two don't really make much by way of their own games, plus the traditional console style is becoming increasingly obsolete as gaming PC's because more accessible, so I don't see a future in their hardware departments either.

Nintendo will be around for ever. Even if everyone else stops making consoles they still will.

Pretty sure the Playstation division of Sony is the only part that isn't in the red right now. Or at least, was a year or two ago.
