I haven't watch the video you linked yet TC. I don't have my headphones on me and would rather not have the N word being played on speaker.
That said I think Ice Cube put it best on why white people shouldnt say the N word.

Ice Cube sounded like a clueless moron with that idiocy, though. It's that attitude which denigrates blacks while empowering the hatred in that word. Keep in mind that the word, at its core, originally meant no more than black.
