Not necessarily true, guys tend to think this are usually people who do online dating because looks is usually one of the only factors to actually get into a date. In real life though, women tend to put more superficial when it comes to money/security then they do on looks. It's guys that tend to be more superficial when it comes to looks than girls.

I’m one those guys who likes, in fact genuinely prefers, fat girls. Fat girls really hit all the right buttons for me, hard. Why? Well, that’s a bit of a tricky question, because the libido’s a tangled bunch of knots that you can’t easily unpick with the simple word “why?”.

I can tell you what are not the reasons, though:

-- It’s not because I’ve been programmed by cultural conditioning. Not in today’s ever more bloodthirsty and shrill fat-bullying culture.

-- It’s not because I’m fat. Or ugly, awkward, or otherwise haplessly virginal. I’m around 144 lbs and 5’8”, plus I guess sort of reasonably decent-looking from certain angles at the correct distance if the lighting’s right. (Yeah, yeah, I know, false modesty.) I think it’d be honest of me to say I’ve dated and bedded a fair few girls of various shapes and sizes during my time: enough to let me make up my own mind about what I like.

-- It’s not because fat girls are supposed to be good for practice or convenient as substitutes, if guys "don't mind lowering their standards" or some such dogshit. I don’t want doormats. I want self-confident, sassy, savvy, sexually assertive fat girls.

-- It’s not because of low standards or poor self-esteem. This isn’t about me lowering the bar or making compromises; this is about about preference, about me liking what I like instead of maybe what you like. And what I like is the only standard that really matters, the only one I’ve ever felt compelled to care a crap about.

But I don't want to lend credence to urban myths that mislead guys into imagining all fat girls are "easy meat". I don't want to give the impression that guys can (or should) treat fat girls as cheap, compliant, disposable sex toys. I guess what I’m saying here is: don’t start thinking maybe you should give fat girls “a try” just because you’ve heard they’re supposed to be easy. That’s an awful idea and I wouldn’t try to sell you on it.

I'd point out that I have absolutely no problem with anyone saying they would rather not sleep with someone whom they don't find attractive. It's not compulsory (or at least, it shouldn't be) to like or dislike anyone or anything; and it'd be absurd, not to say downright damn unreasonable, to expect everyone else to have the same likes and dislikes as ourselves.
