Or you can list a few video games if you're not sure exactly which one you played first. Also, list how old you were, and what year it was when you played it, if you don't mind.

For me:

Either Double Dragon II (NES) or Super Mario Bros 3 (NES). It was 1990, and I was 4.

I will not be able to remember how old I was, but Duck Hunt on the NES. I remember it so clearly, because my dad cleared off an entire wall and set up a couple mattresses and blankets for me and my older brother to play it with. Then he had a projector set up so it felt big screen. It didn't work right at first but then it did and it was super fun.

We played a couple other games like that that night, but the one I remember most clearly was Duck Hunt.

Mortal Kombat II
Super Mario All-Stars
Star Fox
Super Mario 64

I don't remember. Since 64 helped me in learning how to read, I'd say 4.

Ghosts and Goblins Arcade. I remember that clearly because I had watched people play it for ages in the local store, and I finally got 20 cents to put in the machine, and I don't think I made it past the first zombie. It was over within 30 seconds. I must have been 4 or 5 but I remember thinking that I was too small to play these games. Little did I know that it was so fucking difficult that I can still hardly get past the first level.

Super Mario World or Super Mario Kart. I don't remember exactly which one was first, but they were the first two that my brother and I got with our SNES.

Super Mario World and probably Super Mario All-Stars
All three DKCs
Jurassic Park 2: The Chaos Continues

For some reason I vividly remember that Jurassic Park. I didn't own a console till the N64, but I did play/watch my cousin play his SNES a lot. I remember playing Jurassic Park a lot, although I don't think we ever got very far.
