That's not my group. Why are conservatives so defensive and assuming anyone who insults their leader (cuz they're subservient) is a liberal or Hillary supporter? I hate Hillary too

debatable

scrapping a deal abruptly that was worked on for many years seemingly without giving it much thought does not win political points imo

they don't hold him or themselves to any sort of standard. He can lie about anything but that's just trump being trump. He can fail to deliver but it's someone else's fault. They seem to entirely base their politics on hating liberals and since trump is the antithesis of liberal values he can do no wrong, they begin with that premise and defend him from there. As a non-american it's honestly funny to watch from the outside

this is always a big one that grits at me

i was raised in a household big on personal responsibility, and seeing people, particularly the president himself, blame other people when they themselves are obviously the ones at fault is so completely baffling.

Isn't it funny how Trump represents the party of "personal responsibility" yet neither him or his supporters carry even a shred of it?

TPP was a mixed bag, but pulling out of prior agreements abruptly with no prior study or thought is not the sort of thing i approve of, i'm sorry lol

From what I understand, the TPP and Paris Accords were not favorable to the USA in their official capacity, but were useful to us in the sense that it allowed us to have control, input, and guidance on a world stage.
Throwing that away in some effort to sabotage Obama's legacy or a "take that, liberals/globalists" just seems short-sighted.

As I said before, the TPP allowed us to be at the head of a bloc of nations able to leverage China and reach favorable agreements.

But you admitted the TPP itself was not a favorable agreement for the US

So what, it;s ok to let Europe screw us as long as we gain a little leverage with China so that it would be harder for them to screw us?
