Heart of the Cards isn't actually anything. It's just him having faith and things going well.

The cheaters are Yami, who actually straight up changed what he drew through sheer force of will, and Kaiba, who p much inverted time. Also probably just about everyone in the original series besides Joey tbh

Jaden is a huge cheater in GX since essentially all the cards in his deck are duel spirits and he admits they change order to give him what he needs. That's not even counting Yubel

Yusei cheated but it was justified since he did it to outcheat a cheater in prison. Other than that I'm pretty sure he always wins through sheer skill, in fact I think he has a perfect on-screen record.

Yuma is the biggest cheater in the series because he took a card he already drew and used magic to turn it into a different card

Yuya technically didn't cheat with Pendulum because it wasn't his fault that the cards awakened, although he does pretty much materialize new fusion synchro and xyz monsters from thin air

Yusaku pulls Link Monsters from the wind but his opponents can do it too so

Reiji is arguably a cheat because he owns a card printing company so he can straight up design OP cards, as he attempted to do with D/D Savants

Yusei is arguably the least cheat-y since the card he draws always takes him a little bit of forward thinking to realize exactly how that seemingly innocent card will combo with a bunch of different cards, sending out a boss monster we already knew he had.

That's a stark comparison to most other guys who just flat out pull a big boss monster from the deck or a bunch of cards get added to their extra deck that had like 0 foreshadowing. Yes, Yusei has the clear cards that become giant boss monsters, but aside from Quasar, they all had like episodes dedicated to leading up to it.
