What, as opposed to the U.S. who spends 50x what they should for something and gives the contract to someone who the politicians benefit from giving the contract to.

Or Canada who said it would cost $50,000 to build a flight of wooden steps in a park in a place people were slipping down.

I'm not saying Russia is better, I'm saying most governments are corrupt pieces of crap.

You should consider that free media was a main contributing factor to the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and that there's a vacuum of good leadership for Russia until Putin got to the top.
