Depends what you mean by clean.

I toilet brush every day, but I only wash the walls every few months. I wash the floor every week tho

I go over everything with an anti-bacterial wipe once a day, and clean the floors once a week. You would be surprised how something that only takes a minute or two a day keeps the bathroom pretty clean.

For starters, I don't piss all over the place so I don't have to do it once a week. But I do use anti-bacterial wipe on it once a week, to pick up dust for the most part.

And for showers/toilet in general, just the dirt and grime. Probably once every 2-3 weeks or if it's dirty sooner. (I don't have many people over at my place anyway)
