She was charged with reckless homicide after evidence showed the child was "not a stillborn baby" as the infants remains were discovered last week in Ohio It happened on May 7, 2017 authorities said the infant died more than 2 moths ago and was only found because of a tip from the doctor's office. Brooke entered a NOT GUILTY plea as stated by her lawyer, Charles Rittgers who PRAISED Brooke on being a "good student" who just graduated high school and planned on going to college at the University of Cincinnati. He said "She didn't think. She wasn't a partier or smoker. By all measures a very good girl who helped children..She's by all means a very good person" Brooke helped children with disabilities at cheer camp and worked at the YMCA with kids. She faces 1-5 years in prison if convicted. Do you think they're gonna send her to Prison? Since the max sentence she faces going into this is only 5 years, that seems pretty much a given... Also, how the fuck is it "reckless" homicide? Like she was just being irresponsible or careless! "Whoops, I totally didn't think burying a living person in the ground and leaving him there for 2 months could kill him! Oopsies! Keep in mind that we have politicians who want to permit abortions up to the day when the child is actually born, so is there truly a difference between that and a newborn? You want to punish her?
