I find all of it troubling. I'm just not naive enough to think that just because MSM, DNC, and Clinton have lied and cheated that Trump's administration is blameless.

Nor do I/ But unlike certain folks on the left I won't condemn someone without evidence of wrongdoing.

The DNC was pretty much forced (by the Democrat base) to clean house. And every so often when an opinion piece is floated out there (presumably by whatever is left of the Clinton machine) about Hillary running for mayor or Chelsea getting into politics, the progressive wing of the Democrat party shouts it down immediately. There may not have been any legal consequences, but political careers have been destroyed over this issue, and rightly so.

As for Russia... we know that they deployed botnets to spread propaganda, we know that Russian hackers have the capacity to hit organizations like the DNC, and we know that there were dozens of hacking attempts made against our voting software (all unsuccessful, this time). Our intelligence agencies have warned about Russia blackmailing President Trump and former members of his administration. There are ongoing investigations into money laundering, collusion and treason. This is all far worse than the rigging the DNC did in its own primary.

Warnings and investigations aren't proof of actual danger. But the fact that the mainstream media gets to lie to us and not face any charges for it is WAY worse for democracy, in my estimation.

Why isn't TC going out of his way to interpret this in a way to make the DNC look good? He is neither Democrat nor Republican so he has no gain in being a hypocrite and only blindly defending one side. All or nothing.

Also, who actually thinks the position of president is a meaningful title in this day and age? These people are bought out by the elites regardless of party. It's why the two party system won't change, because branching out more will just dilute their investments.

There IS evidence of wrongdoing. There has been a categorical effort to lie about russian contacts to the point where one of the highest ranking members of the government had to resign for being implicated with foreign powers.
