For the most part, my permanent ignore list is just spammers and troll alts. Additionally, there are a few guys I've added for continual harassment who also contributed nothing to discussions. I reported it and, when the mods took no action, I complained about it on Hellhole with a link to the offense asking why they hadn't actioned it.... and promptly got moderated for my efforts.
