Well "you" would exist in your mom's ovaries, but the sperms cell that made you would not exist yet.

Was going to say this. Technically speaking, a woman more or less has every ovary she's ever going to have shortly after birth (meaning the egg that made you would have absolutely existed 5 years before you were born), but sperm is created and recycled on a regular basis, and really only lasts for a couple of months, so you'd have no real obvious physical presence in your father years earlier.

Though if you really want to get technical and philosophical, continuity-of-existence aside, none of the molecules or atoms that are a part of you now were part of you as a child, so the YOU that is you now would be scattered across the globe - a molecule of you in a plant there, an atom in the air over there, a mote in the dirt there, and so on.
