Why the fuck can't we just do paper applications? Easy to send to multiple employers at once. That's how I got my job. I don't understand your attachment to paper applications. On the computer I can just copy paste. Instead of writing my name, DOB, references, etc, dozens of times. Not to mention the drive up there. Honestly, though, one of the easiest ways to get a job is to just figure out which bar the employees from your chosen company frequent after work, etc, and just mingle with them there. It's a lot cheaper and more effective than an inmail, but the only problem is that it can take some time to cultivate a way into the company especially when an immediate opening isn't always available.
