Depends on which game you're talking about though. I know in XV2the separations make sense both lore wise and mechanic wise

Vegeta scouter is Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Uses galic gun more. No Super Vegeta nor final flash.
Majin Vegeta isn't really a easy to work in transformation, so he needs his own slot. --- A show of kindness may not do much help, but a show of cruelty may do much harm. ... Copied to Clipboard!
