Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if I'm just too old now. I turned 30 with in the last year, so maybe that's why. :/ It's all downhill from here.

Like I literally only had one glass of brandy last night, woke up with a headache. I used to drink that much and feel amazing the next day, like I actually slept and woke up energized and ready to go. I don't think I was dehydrated, I drank water all day and had a Powerade before the brandy.

i never went through the "i don't get hangovers" thing. even when i was way too young to be drinking i would get hangovers. they just get worse as i get older.

Has to be the water. I'm also 30 and react the same as I ever did after a night of drinking.

I guess with it being summer, I may not feel thirsty but might actually need more water due to the heat.

i don't know. i'm much more responsible about drinking water while drinking than when i was younger. hangovers still seem worse.

I'm also approaching 30 and actually hardly get the whole headache, nauseous hangover anymore but I just feel groggy and shitty for a day or two if I overdo it.

I'm in the same boat TC. On the plus side it did make me cut back on the boozing because I was approaching alcohol dependency with how often I drank heavily a few years ago. Like, bottom of a new bottle every night territory.

Now I need basically the entire day to recover from a night of that.
