I'm in a not-okay sort of headspace, but I feel like I'm excusing my moods and actions by just repeating "I'm sad" in my head. I don't know where I'm at, or what sort of sad I am, all I know is that I'm not okay. I currently plan to drink myself into a hole by myself, and hope that I'll wake up the next morning with a bit of tension let out of my shoulders, if nothing else.
maybe I'll feel better after a night of sleep, and I won't do this. But that's the plan, currently. --- And outside it's ninety-two degrees, and KROQ is playing Siouxsie and the Banshees. Currently playing: OSRS, Final Fantasy V ... Copied to Clipboard!

drinking because your 'sad' is usually a bad idea though, and can lead to alcoholism. I think you have better options than just drink yourself into oblivion. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Drinking by yourself will not solve any problems. Burn some energy in a positive way by working out or playing a sport or something. You'll loosen up AND release some endorphins.
