Pretty much every counselor will recommend exercise and a good diet. Beyond that, they're going to start by trying to find out the causes of your depression. Most of them let you see what symptoms each one specializes in, what insurance they take, etc. It's been a while since I've used one, so I don't know which site to recommend. You could also try calling your insurance company to get a list of psychologists/counselors they cover. There might be a Family Services type thing in your town that can help connect you to someone or provide free counseling there. Just remember that you're looking for a psychologist (a.k.a. counselor/therapist), not a psychiatrist.
