early monster designs look generic

and i hate to say this but the colors look DULL

it looks very grey, rathalos looks very boring, the areas look boring, they are pretty, but boring, this is the same issue MHO has

I get your point on the cost (though you don't need "1k+" to play a PS4 port, maybe like... 500-700) but i honestly can't judge the game as harsh as you're doing by just the reveal of 2 monsters and how portions of 1 map looks...

I mean lets be real, the nose dino looks as generic as glavenus or jho (same skeleton even), and the deserted islands, or hell, even the original plays look dull as fuck too.

After seeing 2 different 30 minute gameplay videos i'm honestly really hyped for the game, it looks great, it looks smooth as fuck, also fucking 60fps HD goodness.

i know 60 fps on pc exists but i just find it disgustingly lazy of capcom that a game that came out in 2004 can run at 60 fps on console but one that comes out in 2017 can't?

they also can't pull a nioh and let you tune down graphics for 60 fps, no, we MUST have 30 fps because muh pretty grafix

tri 3u were locked at 30 iirc, 4u on N3ds only could go above 30 but idk about 60, the difference was very there though

it's a VN/RPG hybrid (way heavier on the VN side than basically any jrpg) that's super fun and has lots of good jokes and a surprisingly nice plot and very good character interactions. It's basically what all the neptunia people sohuld be playing instead since it's so much better (and tbh not similar at all but whatever lol)

The way the game is set up, you can fail a live even with a perfect performance. The outfits affect stats, and so do levels.

Also, the game saves automatically when you start one of those performances. So essentially, if you start one without having the right outfits and not having leveled up enough, you're basically locked into a failed performance even if you 100% perfect the song (pretty annoying). The game tells you which outfits give you stat boosts for the songs and you usually have a decent variety though. That's pretty much the gist of it, I haven't really played it at all since last year or early this year so I may be forgetting stuff.

It happened to me a couple times, where I start one where I didn't have a costume that syncs with the song and thought I could pass anyway. I stopped playing the game for like two days because I didn't want to even see what happens when you fail, lol.

Oh wow. And fuck games that do preemptive saves. What the hell is the point of discouraging resetting in a single player game?

Lol, I'm sure the twins could play it off in a funny way, and it would be funny to watch Miki suffer. But anyone else, I would feel bad :(

Just watched the new episodes of Aho-Girl and New Game. I'm probably dropping Aho-Girl because it isn't as funny as I had hoped, but as for New Game...



Oh god, it got even cuter! I especially love the new ED with all the bears in it. They actually got to the "brutally murdering cute stuffed animals, skinning them, and then wearing their skin as a disguise" game in the anime. I remember seeing some of where they talked about it in the manga and absolutely loving it.
