I told him I'm not into children, that he should meet a boy his own age and to be careful because there are predatory men out there. I have encountered boys like this online before and I get really worried for them because I think there is a major risk that they could find themselves in a position they will regret. Age of consent is just 15 here but I hardly think Grindr is a suitable arena at that age anyway.

Sweden. The point of it is so young couples can be open about having sex so they are more likely to ask for advice and get protection, but there are of course older people who take advantage of the law and seduce teenagers. I had several female classmates back in the day with boyfriends who were like 20 years old.

We have very few teenage pregnancies and I think it's because of our consent law. Teenagers are encouraged to go to free youth clinics for advice and to get protection and the vast majority seem to do so.
