It really isnt. Some gory parts but i didnt find the "killer/killers" to be scary.

It's not reaaallly scary. It's p much more of a silly cheesy horror movie parody. The most provoking thing you'll get out of it is probably a revelation about those psychiatrist sessions, not the spooks.
