I have not tried redeeming the mail one at a time because obviously I redeemed it all but I counted out what I should receive (13 tickets) but what I received was about 10. I believe the only workaround that MIGHT work is individually accepting the mails. Signal boost this so mods see it please.
Edit: i just emailed Bandai Namco support with a report of the bug and request for compensation for us who are suffering for it. Will update if i get a timely response.
Edit 2: For those complaining about no tickets on the free pull I believe it specifically states that only paid or gem spent pulls have the tickets given. Tickets are then sent to mail. You can get between 1 to 10 for every 50 gem multi summon. If you accept all of your mail at one time you might lose those tickets! Accept one at a time or dont accept them until the issue is formally addressed by bandai!!!!

A little late there for a lot of people. Compensation is due. Also thanks to the 10 stones I had enough for a multi plus the freebie on Goku. Only got Baba points. No pods or anything both times so it was a bad sign. What a shitty fucking day and a few hundred stones down for nothing

Since I have so may stones left, I've been using them for stamina regain to run the SSJ4 Goku fight faster. I should at least have SSJ4 Goku done today, maybe SSJ3 Goku as well.

And what are you guys using to determine how viable characters are? Base stats and abilities alone?

LR is higher than UR. They are gotten in different ways, usually either they have their own event and are "free" to get or are summoned.

I think a character's use is usually determined by their leader and/or passive skills. The reason why SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta are so sought after is because of how powerful they are as leaders, for example.

There are a few factors that determine if a card is good.

-High damage
-High chance to stun or seal super attack
-Leader ability
-Passive ability
-Things such as Vegito Blue's ability to attack multiple times, Super Vegito's counter ability, or Gogeta doing effective damage to any type

As for LR

Gohan, Majin Vegeta, and Broly are all banner pulls. Goku and Frieza are free but require a shit ton of grinding to get. Androids come from the friend summon banner but require medals from some of the hardest events.

Okay thanks guys. I downloaded the game around when it launched in the West, but I didn't play more than 10 minutes until yesterday, so I'm clueless as hell.

I did get the SR Androids that can become LR on my first pull which was pretty nice. Any recommendations on Elder Kai usage? Obviously since I just started I'm not close to maxing out anyone, but I don't know if exp gets sparse later and I should just save them for now.

It depends on who you have. If you really are just starting out, it might make sense to reroll to get one of the SSJ4s.

Agree with GANON. You should consider doing restarts and drawing on the SSJ4 Vegeta banner until you get Vegeta then use your red stone on SSJ3 Goku. If you're willing to spend money, grab the blue dragonstone combo and use the stone on super Vegito.

Vegeta, Vegito, Goku would be a solid beginners line up.

Quit stealing all the good pulls guys :(. I might be able to do a birthday multi on the banner if we get the top grossing stones (they will absolutely wait until after the 3+1 is over because they're douche bags) and then it's the long awful wait of no stones for ages. I'll be saving until INT Gogeta since I don't care about the other 120% units. Maybe by then I'll have a decent amount of stones and some good luck
