being able to slightly hear music through a wall is absolutely not in the same realm as a 175 decibel explosion a few feet above my house, damaging my five and a half month old babys ears.

keep in mind that at 195 decibels, your eardrum will rupture. an adults ear drum will rupture.

unfortunately, i actually own my house. there isn't apartment management i can go to to get this easily resolved. which mean when there's an issue, the police do have to be called, and fortunately for me, i was in the right, as they've gotten a citation from yesterday, and also from today.

i didn't call the police on them today, my other neighbors did.

again, a 175+ decibel explosion is not the same as being able to slightly hear music through a wall.
