As a woman, let tell you one thing:
Talking like this will get you nowhere... her standards have nothing to do with it, you came on TOO STRONG It turned her off, which is probably how most people of any gender would feel, especially since you've never hung out or even went on a date. The fact that you didn't quit sending her messages and the called her a "fucking bitch" kind of shows it all....

I'm a bitter misogynist because of how women have treated me. They're rude to me, neglected me, rejected me, ignored me, ridiculed me. The op is a good example. It's not like I just met her last week. I've been talking to her since November 2016. I get no chances at all from women. I think my bitterness is justified at this point.

Last option out there is the dude who thinks you can meet him, have sex with him and have it turn into a relationship. Women cheat because dudes are usually missing something they want and you can't find a guy who is the whole package. Everyone isn't for everyone, don't degrade her because she doesn't want you, that makes you trash and you will get used and thrown away like trash

That's a moronic mindset. It's difficult for girls because of the overwhelming amount of attention they get from guys (as far as online dating is concerned), and they have to deal with clowns like you who can't handle being told no, whether it's outright ignoring you, giving you blatant hints that they're not interested that would turn most sane people off (really if a girl just kept telling me 'ok' I'd stop fucking talking.
