Funny, I wonder how many who think "at will" employment is bad are also pro-union. Because you can't be both. Right-to-work states are basically designed to be anti-union.

It's awful,and stuff like that was why unions existed, then the unions got corrupted and the corporations fought back with their own and they won so employees are stuck between a rock and a hard place, especially if they're easily replaceable and have no social links to anybody who means anything in the company. You could be a quit guy who keeps to himself all the time and needs the job but since you don't go out drinking with the rest of the staff you get a pink slip and a middle finger. How is that fair?
